Senior Product Designer
We are looking for a product designer to help us delight our customers & deliver climate positive experiences. Our mission is to empower any company to embed climate action seamlessly into their product offering so they can accelerate positive impact and grow revenue — fast. Lune offers the API and software tools for embedded emissions calculations, emissions reductions, and carbon removal offsetting.
We are a remote-first team with an office in central London. We have raised $7.5m in seed funding from Crane, 13books, and leading angel investors, such as the founder of N26, founder of Voi, founder of OysterHR.

Deliver designs for new products, new features, and improve existing functionality end-to-end, pushing the boundaries beyond industry-standard user experiences
Collaborate with PM on user research to deeply understand customers' goals & pain points
Translate insights into designs that solve customer problems, optimise customer journeys, and create delightful new customer experiences
Work closely with engineers throughout the implementation stage to ensure high quality designs in the final product
Collaborate with marketing to create assets for website, social media, white papers, etc
Own and maintain Lune's brand and design system
Are enthusiastic about your work and have a can-do attitude
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to deal with ambiguity (and thrive) in a fast-paced environment
Enjoy making decisions that have a real impact
Are passionate about tackling the climate crisis
4-6 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with a B2B focus
Proficiency in Figma, and any other design tools
Strong understanding of user-centred design
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how designs are translated into code
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead projects independently, with guidance from other stakeholders
Curious and proactive attitude
